My three golden rules for serving looks at sea:
– Bring a hair tie or headband, ALWAYS. It may be hard to believe in the cloud of humidity known as the District of Columbia, but boats are windy AF and a #hairnightmare. Keep scrolling for some cute ways to keep that mane out of your face.
– Also pack a jacket or wrap. Same principle here! It’s cooler on the water and by nightfall you want to be comfortably sippin’ a spritz — NOT shivering!
– Last but not least: remember coolers can be cute! Leave those clunky, plastic monstrosities on the shore — I’ve rounded up some adorable bags that keep those drinks cold, too.
